Russ is a licensed clinical social worker and is also a graduate of the University of Denver, where he also completed his master's degree. He has twenty years of experience working in the field of mental health and has worked as a Spanish speaking intensive in-home family, individual and couples therapist for many years.
Russ’ special professional interests include providing competent culturally responsive therapy, working with issues related to diversity and making mental health services more widely available to those who are primarily Spanish speaking. Russ examines all life issues through a systems lens.
